| We need to specifically ask that Nathan Winograd
be hired to do the recruitment for the next Bureau Chief. He
is the only person that I am aware of that has turned high kill shelters
into No Kill shelters. He is doing it all over the county and he
can do it at BARC. But, our Mayor MUST ASK HIM. So far he has
refused.
We need to have a more specific request besides just "we
want No Kill". After all, Kent Robertson said he had
"aspirations" for No Kill, then he proceeded to kill 30,000+
animals per year during his reign. We need someone who has
proven that he/she actually knows how to turn a high kill shelter into
a No Kill shelter.

Then Fax or mail it to the Mayor, City Council, Stephen Williams and

Or write your own personal letter and send it to them.
It can be done. It has been proven. Let's do it in
