The K-9 Manners program is designed to teach dog & puppy owners how to influence and shape the behavior of their
pet. The course is 6 weeks and covers basic commands such as sit, down, stay, rest, leave-it, come (recall) and loose leash walking.
Owner's are educated on all aspects of pet care such as learning theory, leadership,
socialization, proper diet, veterinary care and housebreaking. Problem behaviors will be
modified such as
jumping, digging, biting,
barking, and chewing. We show owners how to teach and set limits their
pet can
understand.
Puppies should be no less than 11 weeks of age, have had two
sets of vaccinations (and rabies if over 16 weeks). Proof of
vaccinations required. No dog is too old to receive an education.

GOOD CITIZEN (CGC) Enroll

TEST ONLY:

A
This
4 week course is comprised of all 10
items required to pass the AKC's Canine Good Citizen certification (CGC)
test. The exam is administered on week 4.
The cost for the exam is included in the Canine
Good Citizen course. If your dog is not prepared to
take the test at the end of the 4 week course, you will be allowed 60
days to take the test at no charge.
If you wish to test without attending the
course, a nomimal fee will be charged. A fee is charged each
time your dog is tested so it is beneficial to be prepared. (Consider enrolling in the K9 Manners course for dogs with little or no
obedience training)

PET
COMBO PAK -
K-9 Group Course & 3 Private Lessons

The
Pet Combo Pak is designed for those situations where the vet has recommended
that a dog or puppy not enter a group class for health reasons or other physical/medical purpose, or where additional
training is necessary. The Combo Pak is a flexible nine week program. We get together
for 3 in-home visits, once a week for about a hour. The private lessons
are customized to work on behavioral issues & beginning obedience . You also
receive the 6 week K-9
Manners™ class which covers all the activities above.

One
Session: $99

We
provide In-Home Potty Training lessons for dogs & puppies. We will
assess your pets environment and your daily routine to create a program
especially for you. The techniques used in this program are all very
positive and set up for your pet to succeed. The potty training
lesson runs about an hour to an hour and a half. Most cases only
require one session.
