Registration reserves a space, payment guarantees your space. You must register in advance with payment to guarantee placement.   Class size is limted.  Puppies 4 months and older must have rabies vaccinations.  ALL pets must have received 2 sets of DAPP2 (Distemper/Parvo) vaccinations.  Proof of vaccinations must be provided by first class.  

Tuition is due and payable 72 hours prior to the first class or you will be dropped for clients placed on the waiting list.

I understand tuition is not refundable but is transferrable. I understand a $25 penalty will be applied for any returned checks.
