Registration reserves a space, payment guarantees your space. You must register in advance with payment to guarantee placement.  Tuition is due and payable prior to the first class. Class size is limted.  Dogs 4 months and older must have rabies vaccinations.  ALL dogs must have DAPP2 vaccinations.  Proof of vaccinations must be provided by first class.  

I understand tuition is not refundable but is transferrable. I understand a $25 penalty will be applied for any returned checks.
