Registration reserves a space, payment guarantees your space. You must register in advance with payment to guarantee placement.  Tuition is due and payable prior to the first class. Class size is limted.  ALL dogs must have vaccinations.  Proof of vaccinations must be provided by first class. 

 

I understand tuition is not refundable but is transferrable. I understand a $25 penalty will be applied for any returned checks.
