There are several facilities that provide low cost spay/neuter clinics in the Houston area.  In Tomball, Abandoned Animal Rescue provides a low cost program.  In Kingwood, Twyla's Friends has a $25 program specifically for dogs.  Montgomery County Animal Control has a low cost program.  You can also contact the SPCA or call 713-ANIMALS to find the nearest low cost program near you.  To learn more about spaying and neutering your pet, visit the Humane Society website.
